1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HRMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are creating a company account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Services
HRMS provides a cloud-based human resource management system, including employee records, payroll, attendance, leave management, and related workforce tools. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time to improve the platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate company and user information and to keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with your plan. Refunds are handled according to the applicable billing policy.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to HRMS. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload employee and company data to the platform.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the platform in a way that poses risk to other users or the service. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRMS is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
